Delivery

Within the UK:

All our postage and packaging is charged at cost or less and we are always looking for ways to reduce it. Under normal circumstances, your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. 
All direct customer online orders will be sent within the UK using Royal Mail 1st Class packet post signed for service where a signature will be required. 
Although this is not a guaranteed next day service, Royal Mail state that over 91% of post arrives next day, including Saturday. 

P&P 1st Class UK :

Any number of Jewellery items/sunglasses = £2.49
1 bag/1 sunmousse (plus any number of jewellery items) = £4.99
2 bags/sunmousses (plus any number of jewellery items) = £6.99

3 or more bags/sunmousses (plus any number of jewellery items) = £7.99

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.

International:

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please email us for postage rates at info@peggyandminnie.com..

We follow Royal Mail's standard procedures for tracking deliveries in the event of items being delivered late or being lost.  If a delivery has been signed for, then we are unable to provide a refund or replacement goods.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return your items following the simple procedure outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
